  • Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh, full, and beautiful. However, Jaida understands that life happens and schedules don’t always go as planned.

    The fill price will be honored for up to 4 weeks after your previous appointment. After 5 weeks, your appointment will be considered a new full set.

    As a thank-you to returning clients, those needing a new full set after 5 weeks will receive a special discounted full set price.

  • Absolutely! If you need just a one-time fill I’ve got you! And if you’re looking to switch to me permanently I would love to have you!

  • Your first new full set can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours

    Fills can last up to 90 minutes

  • Not at all! Lash extensions are a simple, effortless, and beautiful addition to your daily routine. I always tell my clients there are only three things that will change once you have your lashes done:

    1. You’ll feel more confident—every single day.

    2. You’ll wash your lashes daily to keep them clean and healthy.

    3. You’ll visit for a fill every 2–3 weeks to maintain that fresh, full look.

    That’s it! Lash extensions are meant to simplify your routine, not complicate it—they should make your life easier, and help you wake up feeling beautiful with minimal effort.

  • Lash extensions will NOT damage your natural lashes—when they’re applied correctly!
    At Jaida Marie Lash Studio, protecting the integrity of your natural lashes is our top priority. Through expert application techniques, careful isolation of each natural lash, and the use of lightweight extensions appropriate for your lash type, we ensure your lashes stay healthy, strong, and damage-free.

    If your natural lashes have been damaged from previous work elsewhere, Jaida offers customized lash rehab options to help restore their health while still allowing you to enjoy beautiful extensions. Each client’s lash rehab protocol is tailored individually to support healthy growth and lasting results.

    • All first-time lash extension clients are required to submit a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking for new full sets.
      If you currently have lash extensions and are booking as a new fill client, your non-refundable deposit will be equal to the fill price.

      Deposits are:

      • Non-refundable and non-transferable to friends or family members.

      • Forfeited in the event of a no-show or if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

      • Valid for one year from the purchase date and may be applied toward any service offered. (Please note that service pricing may change, and any difference in cost will be due at the time of your appointment.)

      All clients are required to have a card on file to secure appointments.

      For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the studio. If a child is brought to your appointment without prior permission from Jaida, you may be asked to reschedule and may be charged for the full appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a calm, professional environment for all clients.

  • Jaida offers all styles of lash extensions including classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume, wet lash, wispy lashes, and more. Jaida carries all curls such as C, CC, D, L, L+, J, M, and offers all types of styling from natural to dramatic looks, and all shapes such as cat eye, natural eye, doll eye, open eye, doe eye, fox eye, squirrel eye, etc.

  • Jaida understands that lash extensions are an investment—both in your time and your beauty. She’s committed to offering a fair full set price so you can experience firsthand just how transformative lashes can be.

    During your appointment, Jaida takes the time to answer all your questions, debunk lash myths, and teach you proper lash care and cleansing techniques. She devotes extra care and precision to make sure your lashes look flawless and feel comfortable, while creating a space of open communication where you can discuss any questions, adjustments, or preferences.

    Your lashes are an investment on your face—and Jaida’s ultimate goal is to ensure you absolutely love the way you look.

  • Jaida’s pricing is based on her time and expertise, not on lash style. With years of professional experience and a passion for creating customized, high-quality lash designs, Jaida believes this approach is the most fair and transparent for all clients.

    By keeping pricing consistent, clients have the freedom to explore different styles—from Classic to Mega Volume, to adding touches of color, glitter, or other creative elements—without worrying about extra charges. This structure ensures that every set reflects Jaida’s skill, artistry, and dedication to delivering beautiful, lasting results tailored just for you.

  • Jaida understands that life happens and unexpected things come up. She always strives to work with her clients and believes that clear, respectful communication is the key to maintaining a great artist–client relationship.

    To the best of your ability, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full appointment cost.

    No-call / no-show appointments are considered forfeited, will be removed from the schedule, and will unfortunately lose booking privileges for future appointments.
