Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with Jaida for Lash Extensions. Jaida is located in Downtown Salt Lake just off the freeway to serve clients traveling from all areas. To find out current availability, ask questions, or schedule a consultation, please call or text us at 801.755.1514. You will receive a response to your inquiry within a few hours.

*Please note that all appointments will require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking. Deposit expires 1 year from purchase date if unused.

*All deposits paid will go toward the cost of your appointment

*Deposits paid are for yourself and are non-transferable to friends or family members.

*We kindly ask that any children under the age of 18 do not accompany you to your appointment, It is ultimately for their health and safety. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduling for Jaida Marie Lash Studio is structured as we work through our waitlist as diligently as possible. Jaida’s time, as well as yours, is very important, and we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time

• Any cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to full cost of the appointment

• If you are running late to your appointment, we will do the the best we can with the time that we have left for your scheduled appointment

• If you no show your appointment, the full appointment cost is still due

• No call, no shows will be removed from the schedule, and are no longer welcome to book with us

• If you arrive at your appointment with a child under the age of 18 without prior permission from Jaida, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment
  

Prior to your appointment

• Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to complete all required consent and release forms

• Please try avoid caffeine a few hours prior to your appointment, your eyes can become “fluttery” and harder to work with

• Please come with your lashes as clean as possible, if you are unable to, we do offer options to cleanse your lashes prior to lash application
