Booking with Jaida Marie Lash Studio

Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with Jaida for luxury lash extensions. Our studio is conveniently located in Midvale, just off the freeway—making it easy to visit from anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley and beyond.

Lash Services & Pricing

New Full Set of Lash Extensions — $200

A New Full Set is ideal for clients who currently do not have lash extensions on.

  • Please plan for approximately 3 hours for your appointment.

  • A Lash Care Kit is included with your full set.

  • Available styles include Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wet Lash, and Wispy.

Lash Extension Fill — $100

Perfect for maintaining your lash set and keeping your lashes looking full and fresh.

  • Foreign fills (lashes applied by another artist) are always welcome.

  • Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.

  • Fill pricing is honored for up to 4 weeks after your previous fill, provided at least 40% of your lashes remain intact.

  • If you’re unsure whether you need a fill or a new set, please contact Jaida for guidance—she’ll be happy to help you book the right service.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit:

  • Is applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

  • Remains valid for one year from the date of purchase if unused.

  • Is non-transferable and may not be used by friends or family members.

Please note: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children under 18 do not accompany you to your appointment. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and Jaida’s, and we work diligently to accommodate clients on our waitlist. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our policies:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full appointment cost.

  • If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to complete your service within the remaining time.

  • No-call / no-shows are responsible for the full appointment cost and will be removed from our schedule for future bookings.

  • Arriving with a child under 18 without prior permission may result in rescheduling your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best results, please:

  • Arrive a few minutes early to complete your consent and release forms.

  • Avoid caffeine a few hours beforehand, as it can cause eye fluttering.

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If needed, lash cleansing options are available prior to your service.

Payment Options

Payment is due the day of your appointment.
We accept:

  • Cash, Zelle, and Venmo (preferred)

  • Credit / Debit Cards (4% processing fee applies)
